Who we are
We are a space that will help you disconnect from the outer world and connect with your inner self, to care for your body, mind and spirit. We specialize in relaxation and wellness therapies to address the stress of everyday life and any physical, emotional and spiritual imbalance.
All our therapies are grounded in energy medicine — in the understanding that our thoughts and emotions affect our mental, physical and spiritual state, interrelating with one another. These therapies, together with your own will, have the power to restore energy, balance and regulate the body's functions, acting on circulation, the nervous system and the substances the body generates, as well as working on the subtle body of each person.
We have three treatment clinics, designed for you to find balance through our therapies and massages, as well as courses and events facilitated by local and international experts that will lead you to personal transformation and growth. We restore you with the touch of our hands, with our energy.

The meaning of Intoku
陰徳— in Japanese, Intoku means “hidden virtue”. It is the practice of doing good without expecting recognition, without publicity, for no other reason than the good itself.
This philosophy guides every session we offer. We do not seek for you to leave impressed by the space or the technique. We seek for you to leave better than you arrived — calmer, more balanced, more yourself.
Our slogan says it in a few words: “Do good, without looking at whom”.
Our mission
Intoku Bienestar was born from a commitment to create a space where people can care for their body, mind and spirit through healing and energy wellness therapies.
We believe that wellbeing is not a luxury — it is a necessity. And that every person deserves access to tools that help them manage stress, heal ailments and reconnect with their own capacity for healing.
A space for everyone
Intoku is not a space for initiates. It matters to us that whoever walks in for the first time, knowing nothing about Reiki or energy medicine, feels welcome and can understand what they are receiving.
We work with honest, warm and accessible language. We make no miraculous promises — but we do accompany with care and dedication those who trust us with their wellbeing.
Where we are
We are located in Etú Plaza, Zone 14 of Guatemala City — a quiet, accessible space from different parts of the city.
Sessions are in person, individual, and take place in a completely private and respectful environment. We schedule through WhatsApp or our appointment form.
